Challenge Completed - Chest and Back Day 1080 reps on May 11

Got in the gym again last night and put in another monster session.
I'm surprised I got in the gym to be honest, my back was killing me from spending a few hours putting together my new bed and setting it all up. I ended up taking a pain killer to help me get in the gym.
It's the pits having a stuffed back because even something as simple as putting together a new bed becomes a really difficult task, bending over screwing things together and putting slats in etc left my back in a lot of pain about half the way through.
It's nice to have it all together though, I was sleeping on a double bed which at 6'2 I'm way too big for so during colder weather my feet would hang out the end of the bed. this wouldn't be helping my sleep problems so it's nice to not wake up with cold feet any more. I also spend a fair bit of money on good quality pillows and stuff for the bed, which should help with my sleeping issues too. I got some memory foam pillows and they are so comfy :)

With my workout last night the gym was fairly quiet, with only a few people floating around. I had to jump on the cross trainer machine and ended up having a good conversation with a nice african lad, who loves his body building too.
we ended up sharing the cross trainer and chatting about training.
I upped the ante on my chest push downs using the cable cross trainer, smashing 5 sets of 20 reps. By the end of that exercise my chest was burning like mad.
