Challenge Completed - Chest and Back Day 820 reps on June 7

It was back to chest and back day last night.
I have been a bit slack lately this was the first time training chest and back in almost 2 weeks.
Still though I upped the weight on some exercises.

I have also put on about 2 kgs in the last 2 weeks. Seems I keep growing even when I take a week off. I'm now at 120 kgs and this is the first time I have ever cracked that mark.
THink I better start doing some more cardio lol, although I'm pretty sure it's muscle.

These posts are done for two reasons, to give people an insight into how I train and also because I'm part of a fitness challenge

Agree with more motivation. And more focus.
And I also enjoy up-voting the people in the challenge. I think that also gives everyone a little more motivation and makes one feel more appreciated.
