In English Dictionary Online Seed means the fertilized, matured ovule of a flowering plant, containing an embryo or rudimentary plant or any propagative part of a plant, including tubers, bulbs, etc., especially as preserved for growing a new crop.

From the Bible Quotes by www.quora.com; "seed" means offspring or descendants... But in some places in the Bible, (but not every time the word 'seed is used). I am thinking particularly in regard to the parable of the Sower… The seed is the Word of God.

In this lesson, Seed is a fertilized grain which may grow into a mature harvest (Romans 6:2). Seed stands for your living as you which to grow in excessive way. These stand in many gaps for you and the person who received the seeds (Genesis 26:12). Whatsoever you sow as a seed surely you will reap double fold of it (Luke 6:38). According to the scripture, whatever you give comes in double as a law of multiplication (Ecclesiastes 11:1-6).

SEED THAT CHRISTIANS MUST SOW

Sowing seed is very important for all Christians that want to grow in all ramifications (Ecclesiastes 11:1-2).
Here are some seed to sow:

Sow Seed of praise (Philippians 4:4-6). When you sow seeds praise He adores you.
Sow seed of prayer (Psalm 122:6, 1 Corinthian 9:11, 1 Thessalonians 5:17). Pray always and not for yourself alone (Ephesians 6:18).
Sow seed of the word of gospel (2 Timothy 4:2). Preaching the gospel to people and your word of advice will save lives (Proverb 11:18).
Sow of love (John 3:16, Hosea 10:12). According to the Bible prescription, we must love one another and also your human fellow must not be hated by you (1 John 4:7-8).
Sow seed of service (Matthew 20:28). Complete your service in full before God with fear and trembling (Galatians 6:7-9) e.g. Sunday school, evangelism, be a worker, go after the lost sheep. Etc.
Sow seed of substance (2 Corinthian 9:6, Genesis 26:12). Whatever you acquire can be sow out to God e.g. Houses, Cars, Money, etc. Anything pertaining to properties (Proverb 14:14, Luke 6:38). Your seed has a voice before God.
Sow Seeds of life (1 Samuel 1:11). God did not call Samuel but Sarah sows him before she conceived him. You can sow your child for God whether born or unborn child.
