Mental flexibility and read

in #flexibility5 years ago

To read is the power of mankind's brain, which first appeared 5400 years ago. Yes, we have a series of connections in our brains responsible for reading. These sequences separate us from our brains even before we learn to read. Of course, this is a tree root as we read, rooted, increasing roads. This is why a research shows: Reading increases mental flexibility.

Mental flexibility is the ability of a person to change a series of thoughts or actions according to the changing demands of a situation. It allows a person to abandon the previous set of responses or patterns to create an alternative that better fits the needs of the present situation.

They say that the man who reads is more broad-minded, right. But this article addresses people who don't read more, so if you are, I'll ask you to force yourself a little bit for this article because you don't have enough time to develop these paths in your brain.

Now you think I'm going to go to the part where I'm counting on the benefits, but no. In the end, how to write the damage of smoking on top of the box does not work very well to count the benefits of reading a book does not read a person at a time. The habit of reading a book does not make life easier, it requires habit.

Speaking of cigarette smoking, I mentioned in the previous article that nicotine in cigarette smoking plays a central role in tobacco dependence by adding to the receptors in the mesolimbic dopamine reward system. Let's say the castle is conquering. Why can't a book do what she does with this starkness? Moreover, we are talking about an action that contributes to the development of intelligence rather than harm to the internal organ. Also when we read the book is also secreted dopamine.
