FlipNpik is the first Collaborative Social Media for local businesses operating in an Ecosystem based on the Blockchain technology, in which the value generated is distributed in an equitable and decentralized manner among all active collaborators. THE FLIPNPIK TOKEN…..
The FlipNpik Token (“FNP”) is the cornerstone of the economic model of the FlipNpik Ecosystem.
The FNP is a utility token, distributed and identified on the Stellar Platform.
Elements of the FlipNpik Ecosystem…..
Merchants : The members of the FlipNpik Platform that have the role of merchants. Typically, these members are owners of businesses on the Platform.

Users : All the members of the FlipNpik Platform who do not have the merchant role.

Ambassador partner : Users who hold a right of exploitation of a business have the Ambassador Partner role.

FlipNpik Platform : The FlipNpik Platform including the web portal as well as the mobile application.

Federation Server : A server that follows the Stellar standard to create the mapping between Stellar IDs in email format and the IDs of the accounts wallets addresses. This server will be used in the FlipNpik Ecosystem in order to solve and manage the identities of users and merchants accounts.

Horizon Server : A server that makes the link/interface between the internal FlipNpik network and the Stellar Blockchain network. All transactions generated on the FlipNpik Platform or are intended for a user or a merchant on the Platform must go through this server.

FNP Token Issuing Account : Stellar account that will be used to generate the FNP token. These tokens will be subsequently transferred into the Base Account in order to manage transactions.

Base Account : Stellar account that will be used to manage all transactions in FNP generated by, or intended for, a user of the FlipNpik Ecosystem.

Blockchain Stellar-Core : The core of the Stellar network that contributes to the validation of transactions in FNP.

External Contributors Users : Anyone who holds FNP tokens but who does not use the federation service. Usually, these contributors and users have their own Stellar wallet outside the FlipNpik Platform.

DISTRIBUTION OF THE FLIPNPIK TOKEN…..

The 1 billion FlipNpik tokens issued during the ICO will represent the single money supply of the FlipNpik Ecosystem on the Territory (Europe and other countries of the world excluding North America) operated by Fliptech. However, the money supply could increase by 50% if Fliptech or an affiliated company operates another territory such as the United States and/or Canada.
