Great shots here my friend.
This succulent is called the "Crown of Thorns" (Euphorbia milii) and seen as that it displays the crown of thorns that was placed on the head of Christ at his crucifixion.
The plant is originally from Madagascar and it was discovered by Baron Milius. In 1821 he took the plant to France and from there it spread across the world.
I have two of them, but with yellow flowers.
Beware, their sap is poisonous for animals.
