Some earth beauty

Today I decided to take a picture of some of them and share it here .
Some of this flowers are used to beautify a house ,it could be inside the house or outside the house,some of them can as well be found at the lobby or balcony of some modern houses.

When I interviewed some people as to why they always keep this beautiful flowers close by , their reasons defers.
Some say it's just for fancy , others said it is for beautiful,there are also those that said they just love it being around them.

But to me there is more that this flowers can offer,it could be that they are not aware of its importance or they just choose to ignore it.
In this part some of this flowers are used for so many reasons some of them are for medicinal purposes (herbal medicine)for instance this particular one👎

By name( nchuanwu) the leaf serve many purposes,as the local name implies it can be used to ward off mosquitos by first putting the dried one on a fire allowing it to burn a little as the smoke is coming out the scent that follows it chased the blood suckers away .

It's also used to treat an ailment called locally (jedi-jedi) this is common among little children especially the new horns.

The leaf can also be used to cook a particular soup called Peper soup this particular leaf is the head among the recipes.
To clown it all it values is numerous.
