Jagung
Lada hitam
Bawang merah
Bawang putih
Cabe
Lada

Cara memasak

  1. Bersihakn udang buang kulitnya jika ingin menggunakan kulit udang juga boleh bunda
  2. Bersihkan jagung iris kecil2
  3. Iris bawang merah dan bawang putih dan cabe (jika ingin pedas)
  4. Goreng bawang merah dan bawang putih yg sdh di iris hingga berubah warna nya hingga orange
  5. Kemudian masukan jagung terlebih dahulu tunggu hingga masakan masukan udang tunggu beberapa detik hingga udang berubah menjadi kekuningan kemudian tambahkan lada hitam dan sedikit lada tambahan jika ingin pedas
  6. Tambhkan garam
  7. Angkat lalu hidangkan
