SPANISH EXOTIC COCKTAIL // CÓCTEL EXOTICO ESPAÑOL

As I promised ... Here I solve the mystery of the drink that looks delicious in my previous photost: TINTO DE VERANO! A typical Spanish cocktail.
Y como prometí… Aquí resuelvo el misterio de la bebida que se ve deliciosa en las fotos de mi receta de champiñones rellenos: ¡TINTO DE VERANO! Un típico cóctel español.

A Little history:
It was born around the 1920s in the "Venta de Vargas" (place frequented by famous Andalusian cantaoras and bullfighters) when the heat of Córdoba was suffocating, Antonio Vargas, the owner, began to serve his house wine mixed with Soda to his customers to calm the heat and had such a good reception that came to today. There is no summer, terrace or verbena without Tinto de verano.
Un poco de historia:
Dicen que nació por ahí por los años 20 en la “Venta de Vargas” (lugar que frecuentaban famosos cantaores y toreros andaluces) cuando el calor de Córdoba era sofocante, Antonio Vargas, el dueño, empezó a servir su vino de la casa mezclado con gaseosa a su clientela para calmar el calor y tuvo tan buena acogida que llegó hasta hoy. No hay verano, terraza ni verbena que se precie sin Tinto de verano.

For those who have not yet tried it, I invite you to prepare it. It is very simple, and delicious too, it is very refreshing to accompany a lunch with friends in the summer.
Para los que todavía no lo hayáis probado os invito a prepararlo ya que es muy sencillo, y además de delicioso es muy refrescante para acompañar una comida entre amigos en las tardes de verano.

The only ingredients we will need are:

• Red wine
• Lemon refresher (the original recipe is with soda but I personally like it more with lemon soda)
• A lemon
• A little sugar (optional)

Los únicos ingredientes que necesitaremos serán:

• Vino tinto
• Refresco de limón (la receta original es con gaseosa pero personalmente me gusta más con refresco de limón)
• Un limón
  Un poquito de azúcar (optativo)

To prepare it, fill the glass of ice and serve the wine halfway (better with regular wine), fill it with the lemon (or soda) soda and then add a few slices of lemon. You can also squeeze a bit of lemon, or add a teaspoon of sugar if you're a sweet tooth 😊
Para prepararlo llena el vaso de hielo y sirve el vino hasta la mitad (mejor con vino corriente), rellena con el refresco de limón (o gaseosa) y después añade unas rodajitas de limón. También puedes exprimir un poco de limón, o añadir una cucharadita de azúcar si eres un goloso 😊
