Today I want to have an invention that has been of great help in our society and a key piece in our breakfasts for many years, which had an accidental origin such as corn flakes.

Perhaps one of the most used cereals for breakfast worldwide has an accidental origin although it seems incredible, accompany me to know such an interesting story.

Our discovery dates back to the year 1906 when Will Keith Kellogg, who prepared food to help his brother John Harvey Kellogg, with his patients at the Battle Creek Sanitarium.
