PROTEIN ICE-CREAM OF 2 INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS
200g of frozen berries (took red currant, use any)
a portion of strawberry protein EnergyPro (replace with your favorite protein)
PREPARATION
- Place the frozen berries in the blender bowl and leave for 5-10 minutes.
- Add a portion of protein to the berries.
- Whip the blender to a homogeneous consistency. If necessary, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, if at first the mixture will be stubborn.
- Put it in a beautiful glass and enjoy!
