The chicken breast is one of the most chicken parts of the diet, with which you can make a healthy and well-balanced diet. Chicken breast is one of these delicious and healthy dishes.

Ingredients for Chicken Breasts:

  Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup

Chicken Breasts 4 Pieces

Olive oil 1/4 cup

  Chopped garlic 2 cabbage

Chopped Italian bread or 1/4 cup large bread crumbs



How to cook chicken breast:

Place the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit or 220 degrees Celsius.

Pour olive oil and garlic into a small bowl for about 1 to 2 minutes on low heat.

Mix the crushed bread and Parmesan cheese.

Chicken breasts in a mixture of olive oil and garlic.

After stirring, mix the bread crumbs and pour Parmesan cheese on the chicken.

Place the chicken in a special frying pan for about 30 to 35 minutes inside the oven.
