When we returned from an area on the border of Aceh and the province of North Sumatera, we stopped at a kiosk on the side of the road trans Sumatera..
We stopped by to buy shells and planned to cook them with noodles upon arrival in the area of origin ...
The shellfish that are sold there have hard skin and are slightly larger than what we normally see in the area where we live ...
These shells also have a rounded skin shape and according to the seller's words that these shells have red meat that fills the entire skin ...
I can't wait to get to my hometown soon so I can cook it with noodles and enjoy it together ..
