And since the brain of the mother always works and is ready at any time to respond to a new question of interest to the child, the time and effort to answer the eternal questions of strangers does not remain. And they will inevitably these questions, Yes, if you are a mom, then you become available for unexpected passers-by questions. Why then suddenly, having given birth to a child, you become a public figure, like a participant in a talk show. And every passing person considers it his duty to ask you a question or give advice. Perhaps, in your country it is not accepted, but in my Russia it is quite common.

Well, now I still want to share with you a delicious recipe of original sesame buns. That's a good recipe. Before when I tried to bake buns, then often they worked too dry. But now I think I found the perfect recipe. These braids are very soft, airy and delicious. Try it yourself!

Ingredients:

• 600 g flour,
• 200 ml water,
• 200 ml milk,
• 200 g sugar,
• 2 eggs,
• 100 g butter,
• 10 g yeast, vanillin, sesame seeds.

Cooking:

---

1. Mix yeast, warm milk and warm water.
2. Add 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons flour.
3. Stir the mixture, cover with a cloth and leave for 30 minutes in a warm place.
4. Whisk eggs with sugar and butter.
5. Mix egg mixture with yeast dough.
6. Add the vanilla and the remaining flour.
7. Make the dough and leave it for 2 hours to get it increased.
8. Roll the finished dough into a layer.
9. Cut the dough into long strips. We weave braids out of these strips. To do this, take 3 strips of dough, connect them at the top. Weave the braid and connect its ends at the bottom.
10. The buns are spread with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
11. Place in a hot oven and bake for 30 minutes.
12. Delicious soft rolls are ready! Enjoy your meal.
