Apa kabar semua? Mudah-mudahan baik-baik saja.

Kali ini saya mau membagikan resep olahan kerang.
Sebelum saya tulis resepnya, terlebih dahulu saya mau berbagi tips cara merebus kerang supaya cepat empuk dan tidak bau amis, supaya protein didalam kerang tidak hilang pada saat merebusnya.

Yang harus dilakukan adalah :

  • Cuci kerang hingga bersih, sikat bagian luarnya supaya benar-benar bersih. Lalu masukkan kedalam panci, tutup dan masak hingga kerang terbuka, jangan tambahkan air. Karena dengan merebus kerang, kerang tersebut akan mengeluarkan air dengan sendirinya, jadi tidak direbus menggunakan air. Waktu perebusannya pun singkat, kurang lebih 10 menit.

Ini saya bagikan resep membuat sop kerang, silahkan di coba.

Sop Kerang

Bahan-bahan :

  • 1 kg kerang. Cuci bersih, lalu rebus sampai empuk, sisihkan
  • 1 batang daun bawang, iris-iris
  • 3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
  • 1 ruas jahe, iris-iris
  • 2 batang serai, memarkan
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • Daun seledri secukupnya
  • 1/2 sdt lada bubuk
  • 1/4 sdt pala bubuk
  • Kaldu bubuk dan garam secukupnya
  • 1 buah tomat, potong-potong
  • Air secukupnya
  • 1 bungkus kecil bumbu sop utuh
  • Minyak goreng secukupnya

Cara Membuat :

  1. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih yang sudah dihaluskan, serai, dan daun salam hingga harum.
  2. Tambahkan bumbu sop utuh, lada, dan pala. Aduk-aduk hingga tercampur rata.
  3. Kemudian tambahkan air secukupnya, biarkan mendidih. Lalu masukkan kerang, garam, dan kaldu bubuk. Aduk-aduk.
  4. Biarkan semua bahan meresap, kemudian matikan api kompor. Lalu taburi daun bawang, seledri, dan tomat.
  5. Boleh tambahkan cabe rawit dan bawang goreng jika suka.

Shellfish Soup

Ingredients :

  • 1 kg of mussels. Wash clean, then boil until tender, set aside
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 1 segment of ginger, iris-iris
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Celery leaves to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • Powdered broth and salt to taste
  • 1 tomato, cut into pieces
  • Enough water
  • 1 small packet of whole soup
  • Right amount of oil

How to make :

  1. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic that has been smoothed, lemongrass, and bay leaves until fragrant.
  2. Add whole soup flavor, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir until well blended.
  3. Then add enough water, let it boil. Then put shell, salt, and powdered broth. Stirring.
  4. Allow all materials to sink, then turn off the stove. Then sprinkle leeks, celery, and tomatoes.
  5. May add chili and fried onions if likes.
