Sop Iga

Bahan-bahan :

  • 1 kg daging iga sapi
  • 3 buah wortel ukuran besar, potong sesuai selera
  • 3 buah kentang ukuran besar, potong dadu
  • 1 buah tomat, potong-potong
  • 1 batang seledri
  • 20 buah cabe rawit
  • Garam secukupnya
  • 2 sdm margarin
  • 2 buah bunga lawang
  • 3 butir cengkeh
  • 1 sdt kaldu jamur

Bumbu Halus :

  • 6 siung bawang putih
  • 4 buah bawang merah
  • 1/2 biji pala
  • 1 sdt merica butir

Cara Memasak :

  1. Rebus daging iga, lalu tambahkan garam. Rebus hingga empuk.
  2. Panaskan wajan, tambahkan margarin lalu tumis bumbu halus hingga harum.
  3. Masukkan wortel dan bumbu halus yang sudah ditumis kedalam rebusan daging iga. Kemudian masukkan bunga lawang, cengkeh, dan kaldu jamur. Masak hingga wortel agak layu.
  4. Lalu masukkan kentang, masak hingga semuanya matang.
  5. Kemudian masukkan seledri, tomat, dan cabe rawit. Koreksi rasa, angkat lalu sajikan.

Soup Rib

Ingredients :

  • 1 kg of beef rib meat
  • 3 large carrots, cut to taste
  • 3 large pieces of potato, diced
  • 1 tomato, cut into pieces
  • 1 celery stick
  • 20 pieces of chili pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 pieces of mace
  • 3 grains of cloves
  • 1 teaspoon mushroom broth

Ground spices :

  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 4 pieces of red onion
  • 1/2 nutmeg
  • 1 tsp grain pepper

How to cook :

  1. Boil the rib meat, then add salt. Boil until tender.
  2. Heat a skillet, add margarine and stir-fry the spices finely until fragrant.
  3. Enter the carrots and spices that have been pan-fried into the stew of rib meat. Then enter the flower mace, cloves, and mushroom broth. Cook until carrots slightly wilted.
  4. Then enter the potatoes, cook until everything is cooked.
  5. Then enter celery, tomatoes, and cayenne pepper. Correct the flavor, lift and serve.
