Breakfast at Billie's

The best breakfast in Brighton can be found in Billie's cafe.

It's too big to eat for one person, well for me at least, so we usually ask for two plates and an extra egg!

It consists of chopped bacon, sausages, potatoes and mushrooms with baked beans mixed in, an egg on top and melted cheese on top of that. Yum!!

Add some brown sauce and a cup of coffee and I am in breakfast heaven. 😊
