How To Make Chili Cheese Burger Sauce
Main Ingredients
- 75g Jalapenos, diced
- 20g Butter
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 125ml milk
- 70g cheddar, grated
Spices
Everyone likes it different, spice it up as much as you want, the following is just for orientation.
- half a teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika powder (mostly for color)
- half a teaspoon of chipotle powder
- some salt and pepper
Now to the cooking part. Dice the Jalapenos. In the meantime melt the butter in a pot. Slowly add the flour and milk while stirring with a whisk. Careful, you do not want clumps. Continue to stir while you boil it up for around 5 minutes. Now add the grated cheddar, diced jalapenos and spices, still stirring. Now the sauce just needs to simmer until the cheese is molten. Can be used for Nachos and Chili Cheese Burger.
