Having Steamboat in a winter season is the best!

So many choices to choose and this is just part of it

I still remember having steamboat in a winter season for about 2 hours; the best feeling ever, just enjoying all of the food in a warm environment. Steamboat is very famous in Asia, there are many types of steamboat but almost all same styles. The different between all of the steamboat is the soup base. This is my personal view for steamboat, to determine whether you're having a good decent steamboat is truly based on what kind of soup you ordered.

When you go to steamboat restaurant, usually there are more than 2 types of soup to choose. The typical soup base is clear soup, pork soup, chicken soup, spicy soup. Some steamboat restaurant even offer the Chinese rice wine to be added in the soup to enhance the taste of the soup. Many of the steamboat restaurant usually offer buffet with limited time, meaning you can eat as much as you want for one price per person. All types of meat, seafood, vegetables, fruits, drink & desserts available for you to enjoy in the 2 hour period.

To steemians who love to eat steamboat, strongly recommend you to try Taiwanese steamboat if you ever go to Taiwan. Reason? Taiwanese steamboat choices is huge and the soup base taste is so good.
