Cupcakes filled with chocolate cream and hazel nuts

Making some imaginations in my brain resulted in some good preparation yesterday.
These cupcakes are so delicious and yummy ones. How I made them. First I went to the grocery shop to do shopping and I realised that I should do something new in this day.

The Ingredients:

  • 300g of cuisine chocolate
  • 6 pieces of foil in the form of muffins
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp of powdered sugar
  • 100g of crushed hazel nuts
  • 100g of heavy cream
  • 6 pieces of ready chocolate (ferrero rocher ones)
  • melted chocolate ready to be

Firstly melt the chocolate and dye the muffin forms using a spoon all around, put to freeze for about 6 min then let set cool then put them out and dye with the melted chocolate again to be more thick the mass of chocolate into the muffin forms again put to the freeze. After this into a pot put the 2 egg yolks with sugar and into another pot filled with water the eggs mix continously for 5 min, that mass mix with the last melted chocolate, mix it good and then put the hazel nuts crushed (to become a stronger mass of preparation). Into another pot mix 100g of heavy cream until it takes the nedded density and then slowly mix together with the chocolate hazel nuts and egg yolks.With this filling let be filled the cups of chocolate. After the cream to be ready put the muffin forms out and put away the letter and let fill it with heavy cream and to glazure put some pieces of chocolate ferrero rocher.
