Bean soup with beets: Recipe

Beetroots are healthy and nutritious, one can have all the seasons. Adding some carrots to the soup help with the taste and the flavor. Here is a simple recipe.

Ingredients

• 6 medium beams;
• 2 medium carrots;
• 1 medium bulb;
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
• 750 ml of water;
• 1-2 vegetable broth cubes;
• 2 lemons;
• 1 teaspoon of sugar;
• salt - to taste;
• ground black pepper - to taste;
• a few stalks of dill.

Preparation

Peel the vegetables and cut into cubes. Put them in a saucepan or saucepan with preheated oil and fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Add water, a bouillon cube, juice of lemons and spices and cook for 30 minutes. Then merge the soup with a blender and decorate with dill.
