Turkey nuggets in almond breaded

Hello!

Today we have delicious Turkey nuggets, wonderful sauce and interesting vegetable garnish.

Cooking time: 30 min.
Number of servings: 3

Ingredients:

For nuggets and sauce:

  • Turkey fillet, 360 gr.
  • Flour, 30 gr.
  • Eggs, 2 PCs.
  • Mustard, 10 gr.
  • Breadcrumbs, 30 gr.
  • Nuts (almonds), 30 gr.
  • Cherry, 100 gr.

For garnish:

  • Green string bean, 200 gr.
  • Cherry tomatoes, 7-8 PCs.
  • Red onion, 1 PC.
  • Carrots, 2 PCs.
  • Sugar, 10 gr.
  • Wine vinegar, 10 ml
  • Rosemary
  • Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil

Cut the Turkey into long slices.

Nuts grind.

Mix nuts and breadcrumbs. Beat the eggs with a fork, add mustard, salt to taste, mix.

Turkey salt, pepper, roll first in flour, then in an egg with mustard and in breadcrumbs with nuts.

Heat vegetable oil (100-120 ml) in a frying pan and fry the nuggets for two minutes on each side.

Spread on a napkin to glass excess oil.

For garnish onion cut into rings, carrot cubes.

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry onions on high heat for two minutes, add carrots with rosemary and fry for five minutes, stirring constantly.

Add beans, tomatoes, vinegar and sugar. Cook for five minutes stirring constantly.

For sauce in a saucepan pour 50 ml of water, add the cherry, bring to a boil and cook for five minutes.

Taste. If the cherries are sour, add sugar. Add salt to taste, punching in a blender and pass through a sieve.

Serve.
