Oooh! I just got home after a long day at work to find this resting on the cooling rack..

I'm guessing it's a lemon and blueberry sponge dessert, which we'll warm up and have with custard or ice cream.

Mrs MJ isn't here to confirm what is is. I better back away slowly, and resist the temptation to sneak a taste... she will notice!!!

Looks like I'm in for a nice treat after dinner tonight!! What a grrat way to stastart the weekend!
