Colors in food
It is interesting whether the color of food affects the quality of nutrition. And does it cause appetite and better digestion.
We know that the senses are given to us for the orinting of the world around us. One of the main senses is sight. We say it looks appetizing. Is it possible to look appetizingly not cooked food. How we perceive colors from nature and food not processed.

About the omelet I want to say that it looks appetizing, but about the salad, I will not say this. I ate it all, everything is delicious.
