Chocolate cookies Two halves
In this recipe, the two halves are in harmony with each other. Is not
it a recipe for a wedding or Valentine's Day? In both halves - pieces
of chocolate, the recipe is absolutely identical, only in the dark
half there is cocoa powder.
Light half
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1 pinch of salt
100 g of softened butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup finely chopped white chocolate
Dark half
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1 pinch of salt
1/4 cup cocoa powder, sugar-free
100 g of softened butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ordinary sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped dark chocolate
Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
In a medium-sized bowl, whip 100 g of butter with 1/4 cup sugar and
1/2 cup brown sugar. Drink 1 egg and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix 1 1/2 cups of
flour with 1/4 tsp. soda and a pinch of salt, add to the whipped
mixture until all is well mixed. Gently add pieces of chocolate.
In another medium-sized bowl, whip 100 g of butter with 1/2 cup sugar
and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Drink 1 egg and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix 1 1/2
cups of flour with 1/4 tsp. soda and a pinch of salt, add to the
whipped mixture until all is well mixed. Gently add pieces of
chocolate. Using a large spoon, scoop up a little from each dough, lay
it on a dry baking sheet at a distance of 5 cm from each other.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven. Allow the liver to cool
on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to the
grate for complete cooling.
