The savory dishes tasted bad. What impressed me so much is the stewed beef on the plate. The texture of the beef was so loose as meat soaked in Caustic Soda (lye), it was a completely new experience for me. Other food on this plate are not good but edible.
Meats and fish are over-cooked and not well seasoned. The only nice food on this plate was mussel. Other food on the plate tasted plain, I don't even want to talk about them. This is the last photo from Stratosfare Restaurant & Bar.

這裏的鹹點不好吃。令我驚艷的是燉牛肉。口感鬆散得像泡過在哥士的一樣，是個全新的體驗。這裏的魚和肉都煮太久和不夠調味。只有青口是好吃的。其他的食物味道淡，沒有說明的價值。這是最後一張在Stratosfare Restaurant & Bar的照片。
