Today is probably the wettest and coldest day so far in Perth this year and below i have my weekend special that has to be the perfect way to warm up from the inside.

Tender braised lamb shank with fried sweet potato and beans, garlic creamed button mushrooms and finished some with pepper corn jus YUMMMMMMY
