Hello SteemFam!!

A lot of people were asking me what I eat in a day to hit my macros as a vegan and so I thought it would be good to post this video on D.tube today to walk you through my macro targets and what I eat as well!

I adjust my macros slightly on inactive days, so you'll see the difference in numbers in the video as well.

Where do you buy your maca powder and broadbeans at? Both sound interesting but I assume they are pretty pricey.

Chia Seeds are great! I have been on a Chia Seed pudding kick to start the mornings. Almond Milk, Chia Seed, and dried fruit (dates). Takes at least a night to soak, but is really good for vegans or those who are lactose intolerant.
