Wow I would have thought otherwise that they would have fresher produce which are readily available. Does it mean you rely on supermarkets?
Nope. Pretty much everything is imported and the local stuff can be hit and miss. It's probably better at the big produce market but I don't go there cos it's not near me. There's one place I buy the bulk of my fruit and veg from (not a supermarket) but I've kinda worked out what is ok where now. I have a system.
