Dietary Caesar: Recipe

Due to lack of control of contents or portion size , it is difficult to have a healthy Caesar when eating out. This recipe is for a healthier version and to start with a healthy diet.

Ingredients

• 200 g of iceberg lettuce;
• 50 g of chicken breast;
• 1 egg;
• 30 g of white bread;
• 1 clove of garlic;
• 15 g of cheese 15% fat;
• 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

Preparation

Boil the chicken after cutting into small pieces. Cut the bread into slices, fry in a dry frying pan until cooked. Boil and chop the egg, grate the cheese, chop the garlic. Bread cut into small cubes and fry in a pan or bake in the oven until crunching. Leave the salad on your hands in small pieces. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, season with olive oil.
