Meat skewers

Ingredients

• Meat of your choice
• 2 Onions
• Cherry tomatoes
• 2 Chile green pepper
• 2 Chile red pepper
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
• pepper
• Skewers
• Soy sauce
  
  

Preparation

In a chopping board, cut the meat into pieces (which are the right size for the skewer) then cut the chiles and onions the same size as the meat, the tomatoes can be left whole. In a bowl add the pieces of meat, chili pepper, onion and tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste, a splash of soy sauce. Mix the ingredients well. When you have mixed you should oil the skewers with a bit of olive oil so that they are ready to place the ingredients, remember to intersperse the meat, onion, red pepper chili, green pepper, onion and tomato, play with the colors and so on, arm your meat skewers. Put the skewers on the griddle with a little olive oil to cook them. You will know they are already when they are golden.
