How to Make a Delicious Egg, Avocado & Tomato Grilled Cheese in Minutes!

What a great sandwich! This is a delicious protein packed sandwich is full of nutrition! It is perfect for when you are short on time and want a fulfilling meal fast!

When you are in a rush for something quick to eat at home that is not terrible for you then this is it! A grilled cheese
with tomato & egg! All you need is a few things and you will have a great sandwich in minutes! I know I have been so bust with Steem Monsters these days, I just want to grab something quick and easy to make but not unhealthy so this one is perfect. Comin in around 20 Grams of Protein, it packs a nice booster for you to get you through the day!

All you need is:
your favorite sliced bread
2 eggs
1 ts. butter
1 tsp. Kraft Real Mayo spreaded on toast
sliced or shredded Colby Jack cheese & sliced tomatoes!
Sliced Avocados!
Simply melt the real butter in the pan and fry your eggs over easy if you wish, that's how I made mine. Then I toasted the bread lightly and placed it in the pan with butter, added the cheese, tomato slices and eggs and flipped it over to grill both sides just until golden brown. serve right away, enjoy! You now saved yourself some time to go play some more Steem Monsters! :-)
