Bitter gourd is one wonderfully nutritive vegetable. I have seen couple of ways to prepare and serve, but yours is definitely so healthy and unique. Though the bitter taste sometimes make it hardly palatable, but considering the tremendous benefits its worth eating it in whatever way possible. Thanks for sharing.

Bitter gourd is a special one, that is true 😊 I wouldn't munch on it just by itself, but by balancing the strong bitterness with some sweetness, it can transform into something really delicious!

It is time we start celebrating such fruits and veggies - so much healing potential in there, but not enough fans to take advantage of them 😉
