Ulog #161: Even more Fried Rice - Fried Chicken Fried Rice
One of my favorite dishes has got to be Fried Rice as you can already tell by my string of posts on fried rice today. You can say that I love writing here on STEEMit as much as I love fried rice XD
This one here is at one of my favorite mamak shops called D'Mamak located at Taman Melati which is about a 10 minute drive from where I live. It serves up superb fried rice and noodles and my go to spot whenever I'm craving for some good ol' fashion fried rice.
You can say that fried rice is one of my comfort foods.
This one here is a fried chicken fried rice. Yep you read correctly alright. It's fried chicken that's been chopped up and tossed together while they fry the rice with onions, garlic, cabbage, chili, and eggs.
It's super flavorful and tasty and has the aroma and fragrance of fried chicken as well as the high heat wok-style cooking.
Every grain is slightly crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Extremely skillful fried rice cooking here.
It's also very generous in it's portioning as you get a whole mountain load of rice on one plate. This will definitely fill you up to the brim. Sometimes I don't even get to finish the whole plate as it's really that ginormous.
You can also get it with mutton, beef, squid or just a plain fried rice without any protein. Too much good food and too little tummy space for them awesome fried rice!
