Ulog #184: CRAZY CUSTOM BURGER
Just about 2 weeks ago we had a customer which ordered something so monstrous that we ourselves were seriously impressed by the size of it when we finished it.
Our burgers usually weigh slightly over a quarter pounds whether it's a chicken burger or a beef cheeseburger, all our patties itself are already a quarter pounds. Plus it with the buns, sauce, and vegetables and it's definitely enough to fill you up for dinner.
This monster of a burger was almost half a kilo which is like 3x heavier in weight than our regular burgers.
So what was in this monster of a custom burger?
It was our monthly special, the kimchi burger which has grilled kimchi as well as raw kimchi, a chicken patty and cheese. He added another beef patty which is another quarter pounds making it instantly half a pound and then added our chilli beef gravy to top it off.
So it was a combo of our chilli cheeseburger and our kimchi burger all into one. He however gave us feedback that he probably shouldn't have done that coz of the sheer size of it and also the flavors didn't go well with each other.
Whether it was good or not, a crazy huge custom burger nonetheless.
