[米其林台北指南] 台北金華街・廖家牛肉麵
追隨先前這一篇介紹的腳步:
今天我們再來看另一間也是米其林必比登系列推薦的牛肉麵!日前剛好跟朋友去吃了這一間『廖家牛肉麵』,店位於金華街,捷運東門站出站後走路十分鐘之內可到。
那次吃得匆忙,只記得拍下食物,沒拍到店面店內的樣子。
牛肉麵大碗200台幣,小碗170。價位算是中間偏高,但冠上米其林似乎還行。沒有分清燉或紅燒,只有一種,我感覺口味也是介於之間的。
自然是好吃的。相對來說,我認為麵條的表現是最突出的,儘管湯頭與牛肉也都很到位的。跟劉山東比較的話,我更喜歡這家麵條喔!
小菜據說也是他們的強項。我們點了豆乾、豬頭皮跟花生。豆乾切得很薄,非常好吃!另外兩樣也很不錯~~
我們大概中午到,排隊排了十多分鐘吧!還不算是太久~~ 下次到臺北,你也可以來嚐嚐這間米其林推薦的牛肉麵喔! ^^
