[米其林台北指南] 台北金華街・廖家牛肉麵
追隨先前這一篇介紹的腳步：
今天我們再來看另一間也是米其林必比登系列推薦的牛肉麵！日前剛好跟朋友去吃了這一間『廖家牛肉麵』，店位於金華街，捷運東門站出站後走路十分鐘之內可到。
那次吃得匆忙，只記得拍下食物，沒拍到店面店內的樣子。
牛肉麵大碗200台幣，小碗170。價位算是中間偏高，但冠上米其林似乎還行。沒有分清燉或紅燒，只有一種，我感覺口味也是介於之間的。
自然是好吃的。相對來說，我認為麵條的表現是最突出的，儘管湯頭與牛肉也都很到位的。跟劉山東比較的話，我更喜歡這家麵條喔！
小菜據說也是他們的強項。我們點了豆乾、豬頭皮跟花生。豆乾切得很薄，非常好吃！另外兩樣也很不錯～～
我們大概中午到，排隊排了十多分鐘吧！還不算是太久～～ 下次到臺北，你也可以來嚐嚐這間米其林推薦的牛肉麵喔！ ^^
