Omelette with Wild Spinach & Wild Mushroom for Survival Food
Sometimes we feel totally devoid of money in the morning or evening. We only have food sources from poultry and wild vegetables.
Inspired by this, we will share omelette recipes with wild spinach and wild mushrooms that we find around our home.
Omelette With Wild Spinach and Wild Mushroom
Not only does it help us to save from hunger, eggs, spinach, and mushrooms are the products of healthy nature. And for those of you who have a poultry farm, and grow your own vegetables, it will save you money.

Wild Spinach
Let's see how Wild Spinach grows in our area. Look at this field, really much overgrown with spinach.
This spinach plant has seeds that are very light and easily carried by the wind so that this wild spinach can quickly grow again in a new area. That's why we have an abundant supply of wild spinach around here.

We have a suggestion for those of you who want to harvest wild spinach like this, it is desirable to wear clothes and trousers so that the seeds do not touch the skin, because it can cause itching.

Wild Mushroom
We use wild mushrooms with the type that we often consume so it's safe. These mushrooms are usually found in moist woods, but which is exposed to sunlight.
This type of mushrooms will usually shrink by itself if more than a day in the sun and not immediately harvested.
Besides mixing with eggs, we usually mix this mushroom with bread flour and then fry it.

Ingredients
2 duck eggs
Spinach leaves according to taste
1 cup of mushroom (you can adjust the type of mushroom according to your taste)
2 cloves of red onion, roughly chopped
1 clove of garlic, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon of pepper
A pinch of salt
The oil for frying
How to cook
- Beat the duck eggs, then add the red onion, garlic, pepper, and salt, stir well.
- Cut the spinach leaves only by using your hands. Avoid using a knife.
- Then add pieces of spinach leaves to beaten eggs.
- Heat a little oil, then cook the eggs until they turn golden-brown.
- Lift, then serve with additional sauce according to your taste.
Spinach omelette with mushrooms is not only suitable for breakfast but also suitable for dinner which is quite filling when you have run out of food supplies in your kitchen.
For dinner, we usually make omelette as a side dish for rice. You can also prepare this menu for your child's lunch at school.
