- Whooping cream
- Whole milk
- Sugar
- Flavour(chocolate,vanila,milk etc)

- Disposable plate with cover lid.
Process
As simple as the procedures are,put all ingredients in the blender and blend to a smooth consistency after which,put all the proceed in the plate and cover. Put the plate in the fridge.
