Smoothie for long lasting energy

Bananas have many amazing health benefits to the body such as:

  7. One of the most popular ways to consume bananas is to add it to a healthy smoothie recipe.

    You need:

    • 2 bananas
    • 1 medium green apple
    • 1 cup of milk
    • 2-4 ice cubes
    • Put all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until it becomes a smooth puree.

      Also if you want to make it sweeter, you can add 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar.
