Snickers Cookies 🍪

Hello people,

Do you love Snickers chocolate?

If your answer is YES, I'm sure you will love this cookie.

I call these cookies Snickers cookies because they are combination of peanut and chocolate, just like Snickers bars. They are so delicious.:)

The best thing about these cookies is that you don't need to bake them.

For Snickers cookies, you need:

• 160g peanut (sliced)
• 20g cacao powder
• 45g coconut oil
• 120g peanut butter
• 4 tablespoon honey
• 100g flower seeds
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

• Bring the coconut oil, honey and cacao powder to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally
• Let boil for 1 minute
• Add peanut butter and mix them
• Add sliced peanut, flower seed and chocolate chips
• Stir to combine
• Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate

Serve with a cup of coffee or tea!
