Beef Dishes - Cuisine Aceh Tradition
As usual, in Aceh sometime before Lebaran and preceded by the day of "holding on". on that day, all aceh people consume beef, and there are also some who consume buffalo meat, but that's a bit. generally aceh people consume beef on the day of holding.
There is also a very diverse way of cooking, there are cook stir-fry, "rendang" and so forth, depending on the taste of each. but all the dishes consisting of meat were all delicious. in this post, I put "rendang" beef dishes.
