Hello eSTEEMados, disculpen el abandono, esta vez les traigo mi receta de pasta seca o pasta de te en otros paises. Son excelentes para merendar con café, les dare trucos y consejos, cualquier duda pregunten, estoy a sus ordenes.
Hacer crema con:
250 Gr. de manteca vegetal
180 Gr. de azúcar
Luego agregarle 3 huevos
Esencias (nata, almendras, mantecado)
batir hasta integrar bien todo
hacer un volcan con 450grs. de harina de trigo, colocar la mezcla anterir dentro del volcan y en forma envolvente unir bien, (no mezclar mucho). Colocar en una manga darle forma en una bandeja sin nada de grasa... decorar con lo que gusten:
coco confitado
maní
lluvia de chocolate
grageas
canela con azucar
las opciones son muchisimas...
llevar al horno precalentado a 200º por 15 min aproximadamente (cada horno es diferente)
Las de la imagen son conocidas como FOSFORITOS en mi pais, una vez frías pegamos dos con mermelada (de durazno queda muy bien) sino cualquiera que tengan a la mano, luego bañamos las puntas en chocolate para cobertura (debe estar caliente) dejamos enfriar en un papel antigraso.
