Indeed a good read. I personally believe that the demand for organic food has grown because folks are waking up. Many are coming to realize the harmful effects of Monsanto and all the crap that goes into the food. Things go in Cycles. Our great-grandparents grew organically. For the last 75 years we've moved away from organic because we're convenience driven. Many are returning back to organic today and that might be part and why farmers markets are thriving.
