batagor is a snack made from tofu that is softened and filled with dough made from mackerel fish or can also other fish and tapioca flour then formed like ball or any other shape you like and then fried in hot oil for a few minutes until cooked.
Another variation is the fried siomay and served with batagor and also added with peanut sauce, sweet soy sauce, and lime juice as a flavor complement.
