Hi Steemit family!

Vegan coconut ice cream is a natural, homemade ice cream with an intense coconut flavor and no artificial aroma.
It is simply prepared with coconut milk and grated coconut.
No milk (no lactose), no sugar and no egg.
It is easy to make with or without a refrigerator. And it's always creamy. It is also suitable for celiacs (gluten-free).

Ingredients

For 6-8 servings you'll need:

♡ 1 400 ml can of coconut milk

♡ 250 g soy milk

♡ 15 g fine corn flour (cornstarch)

♡ 15 g coconut oil

♡ 80 g agave syrup

♡ 100 g grated coconut

How to make coconut vegan ice cream with fridge machine

Preparation time: 15 minutes for the base + 45 minutes of refrigerator
Store the machine cup in a plastic bag in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
The next day, in a saucepan, mix the vegetable milk with the cornstarch over medium heat until it melts.
Add the other ingredients and mash them with your mixer or Thermomix.
Store the mixture in the fridge half a day.
Start the fridge and see the mixture in the glass: in about 40-45 minutes it will be ready.
Leave the ice cream in the freezer for a couple of hours before serving.

How to make vegan coconut ice cream without a fridge machine

it's best to use the refrigerator to achieve the perfect consistency.

You can still get a good vegan coconut ice cream even without a machine by following these steps:

In a saucepan mix the vegetable milk with the cornstarch over medium heat until it melts.
Add the other ingredients and mash them with your mixer or Thermomix.
Let the mixture cool and put it in the freezer.
Mix every 30-40 minutes for at least 5-6 hours.
