Today I bring you a rich recipe whose base we will make with cauliflower, is a recipe a little economical and quick to make, without leaving behind the exquisite flavor when mixed with turmeric, it is not necessary to serve this dish immediately this leaves us a little more time to make other preparations in a delicious lunch.

You have to be a little careful with the cooking of the cauliflower and then the preparation with the mixture of turmeric, when the cauliflower is cooked longer tends to fall apart and this is not our goal, it is also a dish open to any modification in its original recipe, we can use other ingredients such as carrot, or herbs. ♡ Extra virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons

♡ Garlic clove

PREPARATION

Preparation time: 10min
Cooking time: 20min
Total: 30min

The first thing we will do is to preheat our oven to 180 degrees Celsius, we will wash our cauliflower very well and we will separate it patiently in many small clusters, we will peel the garlic and we will chop it very fine, in a bowl big enough very well the rest of the ingredients, then we will incorporate the cauliflower and we will stir until the mixture is well adhered to the cauliflower, after fulfilling this step we still place the cauliflower with the mixture in a tray and we take to the oven for about 20 minutes.

This recipe is very versatile to accompany with different contours, can be with a steamed potato, or with chips, you can also serve it with rice, even with some noodles would not fall bad. additional if you drink alcohol you can serve it with rich red wine.
