The Michelin Man cooks the prettiest food ever!

I attended a dinner a short while ago and had no idea that the Chef is a Michelin standard Chef, who'd received a Michelin star at his previous restaurant and had brought all his expertise to his new home at the 'T Havenmantsje.

The evening consisted of a three course meal, four entremets with recommended wines from the highly trained staff. To be fair, I was unprepared to create a review for this restaurant as I had no idea how good it was going to be, so next time the review will be much more comprehensive. With that in mind and as you can see, the food is what I would consider, complex food, as I cannot remember all the dishes served, but they look absolutely fabulous.
The restaurant is situated on the harbour and one can see the most beautiful boats docked and resting before their next voyage, which is why I included this beauty sitting directly behind this amazing place.
Eating at this restaurant was one of the most interesting and enjoyable times I have ever had eating out, and the staff are trained to an exceptional level. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking an amazing experience eating out in Friesland, then to look no further than at the 'T Havenmantsje, one won't be disappointed.
