HOW TO PREPARE AN APHRODISIAC SHRIMP CEVICHE

Hello my dear Steemians. Today is an excellent day to prepare a special dish, and that's why I want to show you the process of preparing a rich and aphrodisiac "Shrimp Ceviche", because this particular seafood is very versatile in terms of gastronomy, since it can be prepare in many ways like empanadas, stews, cocktails, soups, among others. And that you can serve on any special occasion where you want to look.

On this occasion we will make an exquisite ceviche, you can see that its preparation is very simple and fast, in addition to its ingredients are very practical and easy to get, no doubt that it will be a dish with high protein content because we will also combine it with tuna . You will see that you will love this gastronomic art.


Here I present each of the steps to prepare and enjoy a delicious shrimp ceviche:


Ingredients:

• 2 cups of shrimp.
• 1 can of tuna.
• ½ avocado.
• 1 ripe mango
• 1 purple onion.
• 1 orange
• 2 lemons.
• 1 cluster of coriander.
• 1 tablespoon of hot sauce.
• 200 milliliters of white vinegar.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
• Ketchup sauce.


Preparation process:

• We put at hand all the ingredients that will be used in the preparation.

• All shrimp are washed, and their head, shell and digestive tract are removed (dark line that covers part of their body). And they are added in a container.

• Once all the ingredients have been washed. The onion is finely chopped and added in another container with vinegar for approximately 5 minutes. Then it slips.

• In another container add the drained tuna, with the shrimps chopped into small pieces (previously soaked in vinegar for 30 minutes), with a touch of salt and pepper, and then mixed.

• Once the shrimp and tuna are mixed, add the orange juice and lemon juice, with a few drops of hot sauce.

• Now the onion is added, with the cilantro finely cut, and everything is mixed gently.

• The avocado and mango are then chopped into small pieces, approximately 1 cm thick, and added to the same container.

• And you're ready to serve and enjoy this magnificent dish with a touch of ketchup sauce.
