Walnuts are rounded, single-seeded stone fruits of the walnut tree (Juglans genus), the seed of walnut and its fruits are covered with a robust, inedible husk. It is generally regarded as the brain food because of its surface structure and several studies which have been done confirms that walnut consumption increases intelligence. Walnuts are of two type which are black and brown. Both the nutritional and health benefits are shared below.
