La mejor torta para acompañarla de un hela es el brownie, facil de preparar, 100gr de chocolate en tableta, 125ge de margarina, 2 huevos, 250gr de azucar, 25gr de cacao, 150gr de harina de trigo, 100ml de agua. se bate la margarina con la azucar, luego agregar los huevos, se derrite el chocolate en el agua y se agrega a la mezcla, por ultimo se coloca la harina junto con el cacao. Se lleva al horno a 160º por 1 hora. Dejar enfriar y servir con una bola de helado encima.
